Find an In-Network provider from
'Care Provider Look-up

Get treated and pay your part of the medical bill i.e deductible, co-pay and co-insurance

Ask the provider to bill the insurance co. for settlement of the remaining expenses

Keep check on any bill related email from provider

Please note - *Medical provider may agree to your request of sending the medical bill later on for the payment of amounts under deductible; copay and coinsurance etc. pending from your end, which you can pay at your own convenience before the payment due date.

Check Claim Status

Your claim status can be checked through ‘claims centre’ under Fidesure or by emailing us at claims@mysurego.com and copying the email to claim@fidesure.com from your registered insurance email address.

Claim applications are normally processed within 30 business days. You will receive the claim amount in your designated bank account through a wire transfer or electronic direct deposit.

You may access a document called Explanation of Benefits (EOB), from your online account on Fidesure.com once the claim is processed, having information of all the medical bills processed under your insurance plan.You can check out the amount covered under the insurance and the amount due to pay by you.

You can always contact your Fidesure insurance expert for understanding the EOB document and accordingly raise concerns through your Fidesure account

Click on My claims section in your fidesure account to check the claim status.

Please note: Your insurance company may investigate requested reimbursement claim from your end or require additional information,and verify that eligibility requirement and other terms are met before paying for the claims.
